DOLL , SOCKS AND SHOES NOT INCLUDED. This pretty fabric makes a very nice dress. It is a blue pinstripe with a tiny dark blue dot.
The bodice is lined . I have added a sailor like collar with red pipping and a red star in each corner. Full skirt has a attached tulle petticoat .It buttons in the back. A rope cord belt goes around her waist and ties in the front. I did not sew this on incase you wanted to use a wide red or navy ribbon around waist.
