We will not be responsible lost or damaged shipments sent First Class.  Once it is shipped there is NO tracking information, which in our opinion is bad.  This is at your own risk.  It can sometimes take up to several weeks to arrive this way.  All the other shipping options are a lot better than First Class, there is a reason its the cheapest method. We hear from people that they have never had an issue but every shipment is different.  We cannot do anything with lost or damaged shipments sent this way.  We will not refund or reship for any item sent this way.  The only reason we continue to offer this service is because people complain about the costs of shipping.
We have software that leaves feedback at the end of each month automatically for anyone that has left us feedback.
We do combine shipping just request an invoice before paying.
