This set was released in junction with the PSYCHO CIRCUS album release in 1998. The exact item you are bidding on is pictured above. The lighter set features:

As well as a lighter featuring the cover of the Psycho Circus album and the iconic KISS makeup for each individual member.
This is a LOW NUMBERED SET as seen in the CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. Only 500 sets were produced worldwide, and this is set number 20!
Needless to say, these lighters have never been used, it is complete in its original box and slipcase. Each lighter comes new, with its sticker seal in tact, and instructional pamphlet behind each lighter slot.

In the interest of full disclosure, there are some minor blemishes on the backside of the slipcase, probably from movement in the drawer it has been kept in for all these years. The integrity of the slipcase is not compromised, just cosmetic blemishes you’ll see in the pictures.
