This dress fits the Penny Playpal doll and 32" Saucy walker doll.
This pretty dress is made from blue gingham seersucker fabric, the bodice  has ruffled lace around the neckline with. a bow in the center with a floral trim down the center.   The gathered sleeves are trimmed with lace.
The gathered skirt has am attached slip trimmed with lace,  Blue ruffled lace across the hem, a  bow attached to the waist.  Closes with buttons and ties with a matching sash.
