We provide Biomedical, Imaging, and Facilities maintenance.  We and service a wide range of biomedical equipment from multiple manufactures including patient monitors, stretchers, surgical tables, EKG’s, etc. We also service anesthesia machines, C-Arms, X-ray, portables, CT, injectors, and ultrasound machines.
We have offices in Texas and also provide services nationwide.

Warranty Policy:
We guarantee our products are free of operational defects and are in good operational condition (unless stated otherwise in the advertisement i.e. “sold AS-IS” or stating that a certain function is inoperable).  When stated in the product advertisement, Ultimate Biomedical equipment shall warranty equipment and accessories (new or used included with the original product) for a set period from date of purchase.  If there is not a warranty period
explicitly
stated, the product will not be covered by any warranty.  If an issue arises with your purchase please contact Ultimate Biomedical Solutions
to obtain Return Authorization.
When contacting Ultimate Biomedical Solutions please reference the invoice number (found in the top right corner of the packing slip or invoice) and  serial number (if applicable) of the product.
If a Technical Support Agent determines that your product will need repair a shipping label will be provided to you through email and you will be required to pack the defective items according to  UPS packing guidelines.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pack all equipment properly to minimize  the possibility of damage during shipping.
If Ultimate Biomedical Solutions determines that repair is not feasible the  purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded to you.
With large products and under  certain circumstances Ultimate Biomedical Solutions may contract, at our discretion, with an experienced third party to repair the equipment on site.
If your product qualifies for warranty repair 100% of costs from shipping, labor, and parts will be  covered by Ultimate Biomedical Solutions.  Warranties apply to US, Canada, and Mexico only. Ultimate Biomedical Solutions will warranty international purchases but it is the customers
responsibility
to pay for shipping costs to and from Ultimate Biomedical Solutions.
Biomedical Certification:
Many of our products ship Biomedical Certified.  A Biomedical Certified item has been tested to be safe and accurate for use in a medical or surgical environment.  Included with the product will be a form detailing the results from the testing.  More information can be acquired by contacting Ultimate Biomedical Solutions.
Taxes:
Sales Tax (8.25%) will be collected for orders shipped to Texas.
