ExtremeBond Epoxy Adhesive by Epoxy World is a 2-part epoxy bonding system that has been manufactured to meet and/or exceed current aviation standards.  ExtremeBond Epoxy can adhere a multitude of materials and surfaces including metals, fiberglass, composites, plastic, woods and many other components. Once fully cured the bond is stronger than the original materials being bonded.   Available in pints kits (16 oz.) and quart kits (32 oz.).
ExtremeBond Epoxy is mixed in a 1:1 ratio by volume that is very practical and user friendly especially on field repairs or applications.
3 versions of the Activator are available depending on your needs or requirements.
The 3 versions of the Activator are:
Normal: Typical 45-60 minutes pot life @ 76°
Medium: Typical 20-30 minutes pot life @ 76°
Fast: Typical 6-10 minutes pot life @ 76°
ExtremeBond Epoxy consists of 2 components, a Resin and an Activator.  It is a 100% solid adhesive bonding system with dozens of uses on dozens of different materials.  It can even be tapped for inserts or other fasteners.
ExtremeBond Adhesive features a highly thixotropic, paste-like consistency, which hangs well in thick sections on vertical and overhead surfaces.
ExtremeBond Adhesive cures to a hard, blush-free, amber colored, high-strength, moisture-resistant plastic with excellent overall properties.
Once the material has cured hard and tack-free, a light sanding and solvent wash is advisable before recoating.
ExtremeBond Epoxy cures faster at higher ambient temperatures and in thicker layered applications.
