3 Neck Glass Reaction Lid.  Can't tell exactly what flavor this is, Most likely the CG-1940-01 Reaction Vessel Lid, 3-Neck, 24/40 Center Neck, 2 24/40 Side Necks.
Fitting Adapter that the glass Prop / Agitator goes through.  Could not find a part number.
Prop / Agitator / Spinner (See the pictures, Could not find a part number)
O-Ring that seals the lid to the 500mL Reaction Vessel
Clamp to hold the top to the bottom (the Glass Reaction Lid to the 500 mL Reaction Vessel)

More Information:
Looks like a CG-1929-12.  That description is  500mL Reaction Vessel, Jacketed, 100mm Schott O-Ring Flange, GL-14 Inlet/Outlet, CG-911-A-10 Drain Valve.
This unit has GL-14 on the side of the unit as well as 1573 on the glass.
Know that the Glass Lid does fit on the top of the 500 mL Reaction Vessel.
You will get what is shown in the pictures.
