Here's the
1968 Louisiana Sugar Cane Festival King and Queen Plain and Gold Aluminum Doubloon Set (First and Only Year of Issue)
.
Each doubloon measures 39 mm or 1 1/2" in diameter and is in
Excellent Condition.
Payment due within 48 hours of purchase.
Note:  The obverse features the Sugar Cane Festival Logo.  The reverse features a Crown and reads "QUEEN SUGAR XXVI...KING SUCROSE XXVI."  These doubloons were issued during the 1986 Sugar Cane Festival in New Iberia, LA.  They were issued in limited number and are very difficult to find these days.  These doubloons are much nicer than they appear in the photos.  G
