    Description

    Two 1938 stamps created by resolutions of the S. C. General Assembly to celebrate The United States Constitution Sesqui-Centennial Commission for South Carolina. It shows the 4 S. C. signers of the Declaration of Independence.  These are the only ones of these I have ever seen.  Each stamp measures 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches.   Shipping includes insurance.
