1937 Paris Exposition Magazine 8 Issues May-Dec.1936 Hardcover 9" x 12"

Description

Hello and welcome to this wonderful 8 Issue edition of 1937 Paris Exposition Magazine. The hardcover volume contains issues 1-8, May thru December, 1936.  This was library bound and was decommissioned from the Radcliffe College Library.  The issues were written in1936 to promote the fair and has photos and renderings of the architecturel yet to be built. Some of the illustrations within are black and white and some are done with the same blue ink as the cover.  Quite striking and loaded with information about the exhibitors, showing photos from each of the countries participating. The fair was all the more interesting because it took place below the Eiffel Tower. It has over 240 pages, averaging 28 pages per issue, and the volume measures 9-1/2 inches by 12-1/2 inches. A
ll 8 issues are in near perfect condition but with some
age related fading. All pages are intact, clean with no marks or tears. There is a Radcliffe Library Stamp on the cover of each issues.
